Health Insurence is not bad
If you are a contract employee, it's cheaper to obtain a private medical insurance package than the one offered by J.Walter Thompson. As a full-time employee, the cost is standard but the coverage is not great. Regarding any other benefits, in comparison to other companies in the San Francisco Bay Area, JWT is is below standard, with their overall benefits package.

Excellent benefits overall. However, the best valued talent earns the best perks. You just need to know to push for what you want.
Best: Unlimited sick time. 3 summer days. 3 personal days. An extra "Ferris Bueller Vacation Day" that you can earn by volunteering, donating blood, etc. Great Aetna health and Cigna delta insurance. Worst: 401K is matched, but it's vested at 3 years so you don't get any of JWT's matched contributions if you leave before 3 years
