Commute was tolerable. Owners were caring and honest. Employee experience was family oriented. Pay was fair and equitable. Much of the work done was in line with industry standards. Lots of great benefits and many fun activities from employee relations team.
Nice cool calm collected and fun
Vacation/personal time and the 401k are the best part of the benefit package. I receive 4 weeks of vacation time. 3 flex days which can be used for when unplanned situations come up or I just feel like I need a break. Pus I get sick days.
Although they give what I believe to be standard vacation time/paid leave (10 days a year to start off), you have to give them a lot of advance warning, and you cannot take it for more than one week at a time. A lot of companies in marketing offer something more flexible than that. Another thing which is negative about this is that vacation time and sick leave are both incurred. In a high-stress and demanding environment, companies should focus on giving their employees good breaks in order to ensure their work/life balance.
The package was simple with on the job protection and overall not a lot of support since it is a part time job. Pay was sufficient!
There is no benefits for part time workers. The pay is ok. no event is less than $100. They reimburse for almost anything but you must be full-time to get benefits
Good health insurance, 401k match, PTO, one paid day of volunteer work, and vacation time. Some of the benefits you have to wait 6 months for.
Vacation Package is the best I've had.
Pretty standard package for a privately owned company.
Insurance benefits are good. Vacation days are accrued and at a really odd rate. Not many Holidays off compared to most companies.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
