Worthless insurance benefits package. Prohibitively expensive with insanely high deductibles. The dental plan requires you to pay in for an entire year before you can get anything other than a check up and cleaning performed. Information regarding this was glossed over and overstated during the interview. You will be surprised after 90 days! To their credit, they are flexible with the time off.
There are no benefits. No sick days, vacation days depending on what month of the year you start working for the company. Pay is hourly only management positions qualify for salary.
Very costly.....small company = half your take home salary for health insurance with a family. But, at least it is offered.
Health insurance is so high, very few can pick it up. One week vacation per year. 4 paid holidays.
