Free Gym Access at LIC location with employee ID. Sick time accrues indefinitely. Vacation time payable upon termination of employment. Cons: High benefits contribute towards lower salary. Unused vacation time beyond 2 weeks is lost at the end of the Fiscal Year (June 30th of each year). Semi-Monthly pay cycles (paid out on 15th and 30th of every month).
