JD Byrider has an extremely competitive benefits package. They changed benefits administrators briefly and when that began negatively affecting the employees they went back to the old company, even though they would pay more, so that the employees would have a better experience. The PTO is quite generous and most of the US Holidays are paid.
They match up to 6% (Full 1% up to 4% and .5% the next 4%) for the 401K.
Worst part is insurance
The 401k matched up to 4% and the employee was fully vested from day one. They also offered several health insurance plans for different budgets ranging from a traditional PPO to a high deductible.
Over good benefits but could use more job training.
Different for each individual franchise.
Very good benefit package. Good health benefits.
Best part is of course the size of the franchise that allows for flexibility when needed. 401K and health insurance is always good to have
JD Byriders benefits include medical, dental, strong 401k and excellent PTO
Best that you get paid salary, work is that you work 50 hours a week, an work for about 15 dollars an hours if you break it down.
