Insurance is better or the same than most people I know but at half the price. Discount program is useful. Vacation time is above average. Easy reimbursement for most things. Could use more budget for conferences. Internal Toastmasters groups. Profit sharing control could be better or just increase base pay.

Maternity and Parental leave is pretty dismal compared to the industry as a whole. 6 weeks medical disability is all that is offered with 6 weeks unpaid time. At this time no parental leave for fathers is offered.
