Health Insurance for people with T1D specifically is done very well. Lots of holidays and summer Fridays are nice perks.
Overall, the benefits offered by JDRF are excellent. They recently changed insurance carriers and the new carrier is not nearly as user-friendly as the previous carrier, but the benefits are still very appreciated.
Great time off. Several paid holidays and an automatic paid break between Christmas and New Year.
we get all federal holidays off and the office closes between Christmas and New Years. We also now have the ability to take summer Fridays every week which was a great program that HR implemented this past summer.
Good health benefits. As a non-exempt employee, I am needed to submit an hourly timecard, but vacation time accumulates pretty well. The company is closed on many holidays including Veterans Day. There is also a full week of paid Christmas vacation which is a plus.
Paid time off is generous. The health is also very competitive. also good is paid partial paid Maternity leave. Paternity Leave is not offered other than through FMLA
Excellent healthcare coverage. Flexible vacation time.
They have a very comprehensive benefits plan - including health, vision, dental, life insurance and a 403B plan with company contribution.
Great benefits, including paid Winter Break between Christmas and New Year's. Comp days are given when you work on weekends.
Diabetes-related care is covered 100%, comp time provided for weekend work (but not evenings), generous PTO time including holiday from Christmas Eve to January 2.
