Great benefits; some of the best in the area
I would give 5 stars if our “sick days” weren’t also our vacation days. We work a lot of hours we shouldn’t have to take a day off to go to the doctor or if we are to ill to work properly losing a day off that should be used for a vacation to disconnect.
Great 401k progam - managment encourages individuals to contribute and plan for future without necessarily applying pressure to contribute. You can tell the advise comes from a good place.
Great health insurance
They do give you a good medical package and 3% employee match.
The best thing is that the company will contribute to your 401K even if you don't. The worst thing is yet to be determined. Jear truly cares about its employees and takes care of them.
Great benefits! Really appreciate that they are company paid. The vacation time is competitive with other companies.
