For full-time employees the benefits are reasonable. I have health insurance, dental, vision, an FSA, and VAD&D coverage for less than $55/paycheck. The co-pay helps, although the out of pocket deductible is kind of high. Prescription coverage is great for me since I need insulin and the plan covers 95% of the cost.
The company offered an employee discount but benefits package was limited due to employees being capped at 40 hours.
Company match of 6% for 401k
They allow paid sick leave for full time employees
They don't have a good benefits package for team members
None for my part time temp position
No benefits are available to part-time employees, even if they are part of management (keyholders). Only ASM and SM get benefits.
I was part time, so I was ineligible for benefits
Nice match in 401k contribution, but health insurance is expensive and doesn't cover much without extensive copays.
Best :Paid holidays. Health, vision and dental insurence has affordable options. Life insurence is free. Paid time off and sick time. Employee discount. Worst: understaffed, undertrained and underpaid.
