This company has great benefits with perscription assistant
The best thing is pretty low insurance cost. However, it's based on your salary. So if you make more money, your insurance cost will be higher. I dislike this at times. I get the same medical check ups as everyone else, but I have to pay more for the same service, because I make more. However, I do see where it is good for those who do not make very much
The health insurance benefits have recently changed to have a Traditional PPO and one with an HSA which does not pay for anything till you meet your deductible. The PPO has a tiered system based on your salary but it is still expensive. The cost nearly doubles per month if you want to cover your spouse. I currently work there and was so shocked when the new premiums came out. I had to drop my spouse due to the price.
Great package! Affordable! Offers pension plan
discounted insurance rates and decent health coverage. employee discounts due to being a county employee and benefits make up for low wages.
Medical insurance is cheap and PTO adds up quickly
They offer PTO which increases the longer you work for the company, they offer 401k , very affordable insurance and discounts to select gym memberships,
Best part: awesome coverage for kids. Worst: no maturity leave. Have to use short term disability 😒
Cost is based on salary.
No benefits unless you’re hired on as a full time employee. They like hiring PRN employees so they don’t have to pay benefits.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
