Currently JR uses Principal financial but JR’s match is on the low side.

Low 1.5% max company contributions match (25 cents of every dollar up to employee contribution rate of 6%)

The company pays 25% of the first 6% you earn (1.5% of your weekly income before taxes). There is no "Match" to your contribution. You can set up any bonuses to go directly into your 401k. Overall it is underwhelming as it is not a true match to your contribution. Also, the contribution from the company is only yours to keep if you are still employed 6 months after the contribution was made. This goes for each contribution, each week

Awesome health insurance. Thank you JR for taking such great care of the employees, it really is awesome to work at such a great company that cares about the people.

Cookie-cutter 401k by Principal. Meh. Nothing to write home about either way. It is syfficient, but it's not particularly great in any capacity.
