Current and former employees report that JWB Real Estate Companies provides the following benefits. It may not be complete.

“I didn't use it, it was over-priced.”
Ownership PTO, excellent company matching program charitable donations, high emphasis on professional development, free lunch, gym membership reimbursement stipend
JWB offers "unlimited PTO", but if you take days off, they try and add that to your salary like it is a compensation for you to receive the days. They also make it almost entirely difficult to get bonuses, as they rate it off of the performance of the whole department instead of personal achievement.
JWB Real Estate Companies response
Unfortunately, this is not accurate information on how our PTO or bonus structure is laid out.
Insurance is not great and kind of expensive, no vision. 401k but max of 4.5 percent match with 6 percent contribution. Free lunch.
Best - paid gym membership , unlimited PTO Worst - no vision insurance
Small businesses often get pegged as having poor benefits. JWB considers benefits to be an area of strength. As a small business, we are able to cater our benefits to what provides the most value to our team. We have the flexibility to design benefits around what our teammates have asked for and we will continue to evolve as new needs arise.
JWB really cares about their employees. Not only do they offer great medical and dental options but they also bring in financial advisers to ensure you are set up for success. The free lunch, paid gym membership and flexible PTO doesn't hurt either!
Has a great benefits package. You get ownership PTO which is great, you don't have a specific amount of days that you get per year.
PTO is great. Health benefits pretty good. Gym membership paid for which is awesome! Free lunch daily to top it all off!
JWB puts its employees first and their benefits prove just that. With options such as a flex schedule, gym membership, free lunches and a Dream Manager Program focusing on employees' personal dreams and goals, they've got it going on!
