the benefits package is good.. it covers the basic health medical and vision dental insurance . also for a full time employee there is a flexibility in work hours
I don’t know why people think benefits are good compared to other companies. I worked at other big (and smaller) companies. Jabil only offers 4% 401k match, 6% is standard. PTO is awful, only 2 weeks to start including sick time. As others mentioned forced corporate shutdown before and after Christmas. At other companies they gave us this as paid time off without making us use our PTO since it was forced. Health insurance not great, $50 copay to see a specialist.
Great time off during the holidays
Don't expect anything special in terms of benefits or bonuses. They have ESSP, profit sharing, and management bonuses (not a lot). PTO and sick days are pretty basic as well. There are not stocks or additional maternity leave or anything.
Health insurance is comprehensive with multiple options. Not too expensive. Vacation accrual maxes out at 3 weeks, no matter how long you've worked there.
You don’t start with a vacation balance up front - it accrues. This requires most employees to request an advance for pre-planned obligations. For the most part it is st the discretion of the hiring manager so as long as your manager is reasonable it usually works out ok.
