    Benefits are average. Flexible schedule and ability to telecommute are a big plus. Very little opportunity for performance bonus or performance based compensation.

    Great PTO plan; however, not when told to give up earned PTO to meet management committed deadlines. Needs to be some alternative compensation when this is the case or updated carryover policy. Seems so much of the staff takes a lot of June off just to use up the time. Work from home. It is nice to be able to work from home, but there needs to be more monitoring Some take advantage of the privilege, thus those in the office end up picking up the slack. It is discouraging to hear of colleagues watching children, mowing lawn and cleaning house during work time. Fair health plan, but increasing costs. But that seems to be universal. Pay is average. Not stellar considering the market. Minimal raises, even though good company numbers. 401-K has 5 percent matching, which is nice.
