Jack Henry offers a lot of benefits programs, many of which have costs that are covered almost entirely by Jack Henry.
Benefits keep costing more and covering less. Each year it gets worse and worse. The pay increases do not cover the costs of insurance increases.
Health Insurance was very good. Pay was average to below average.
Great comprehensive package that covers all the basic needs to start and continue your career
Health benefits are good, cost keeps rising but I suppose that is evident everywhere. Dental is excellent and cost is minimal, Vision plan is awful and a waste of money.
Benefits have continued to decrease and are average when compared to comparable companies.
19 days of PTO plus all Federal Holidays.
overall a generous package. They do ask excessive documentation proving you are indeed married and your children are indeed your children. Would be less bad if better managed than causing a fire drill and threat of losing coverage and having to fight your way back on It's harder for men to work from home than women and more pushback often given and less willingly offered
Unbelievable PTO and even better health insurance.
Health insurance is at a good price along with vision and dental. The 401k 5% matching is a great benefit. Compared to previous employers Jack Henry does offer a lot and at decent costs. 19 days of PTO is a plus, only downfall to it is those 19 days of PTO are also sick days included, not separate. Having FSA and HSA are also added benefit as well as the funds that JHA adds to HSA without a requirement of employee contributions is awesome.
