Robust benefits and broad offering
There are special incentive such as non-smoking discount, etc; however there is some red tape to overcome. Tuition reimbursement is offered, would maybe be useful for a 6-sigma certification or something but is far too small to make any dent at a 4-year university for actual career advancement.
Benefits keep costing more and covering less. Each year it gets worse and worse. The pay increases do not cover the costs of insurance increases.
Jack Henry offers a lot of benefits programs, many of which have costs that are covered almost entirely by Jack Henry.
Health benefits are good, cost keeps rising but I suppose that is evident everywhere. Dental is excellent and cost is minimal, Vision plan is awful and a waste of money.
Health Insurance was very good. Pay was average to below average.
