Work from Home as needed, depending on the position. Very few full work from home positions, but many offer 2 or 3 days a week work from home. Management tends to work in office more frequently.

Although working from home came out as a company-wide initiative around 2007, there are still isolated managers who do not let their employees take advantage of it. These weak managers are managing from a place of fear. They don't realize that employees who work from home often take fewer breaks and are more productive and happy.

WFH is there when I need it. The downside is too many employees abuse the privilege.

I do like the fact that if we have bad weather, I can work from home. They do offer a "soft phone" and it works well. I have excellent internet so working from home is great. I also have an office in my home so I can shut the door too. I normally do come to the office, but its because I like to get out and see people.
