The insurance kind of sucks. You don't get any paid days off or anything like that. Only day you get paid a time and a half is on Christmas. You get an employee meal which is $4 off if you worked that day. Otherwise, it's a 20% discount.
For a new employee the benefits package may look appealing but to seasoned employees so much has been taken away along with very expensive high deductible insurance - make sure to ask specifics on benefits before accepting position, Some benefits (employee discount programs) are only for employees that work at the corp office in San Diego.

There is 50% off for crew members and $6 off a meal for managers. Food is pretty expensive here but there are a few things that you can get for pretty cheap.
What benefits? They don't care how hard you work, or how many promotions you get, the company has no integrity. As shift lead they wanted to keep me at 9 HR no way.
It is impossible to call in sick.

I worked for Jack in The Box for a short time but during the few months i worked there i realized that the company does not have much to offer it is a minimum wage position with not much room to advance.
They have good benefits like vacation paid when u have alot of hours and and want to work during ur bacation to get paid for it.They also have good insurance.
