I know there was an employee meal discount. However if a person wanted to get the benefits the company wanted a person had to be a team leader or manager to get them
We get free drinks while working, get $4 off employee meal, 10% off while not working, I'm not sure if there is health insurance.
They don't offer one except free food
They didn't offer me any of this
i do not know about corporate jack in the box but with the franchise i was with there were no benefits. when i first started i remember the ones who where there before the new owners took over that they had a pretty decent benefits package but it was different for each level of position.part timers really didn't get anything but the full time crew members did get the usual, free drinks while on the clock, half off for lunch, 20% when not on the clock for them and family members if they were with their family and some pto. Shift leaders was a little bit more and managers even more. However with the new franchise owners, Butte County in CA., they took everything away. They only thing we ended up getting was free drinks, for our lunch we could only go up to $5 before the half off. If we went above $5 they wanted to know why we were getting to much food because a simple meal should be enough. The problem with that was the only meal that was in the $5 range was the jumbo jack meal. They eventually allowed us to bend the rules because lots of us would like to get a meal that was more pricier. Pretty much there are no benefits anymore. I am not sure about other franchises and what if any benefits they may still have but the ones in Butte county don't.
Plenty of vacation and sick time provided. Insurance is similar to other companies. 401k match could be better.
Its a lie, I never got any of those things....... Maybe i got free food but thats it
the prices go up by over 200 per month for very crappy insurance
Nothing is good. Prices go up every year. We were forced to remove our spouse from insurance if they had their own.
No health benefits. No vacation. 20% discount on food. 50% discount on food during your shift (called employee meal). You accrue sick time but you are not allowed to use it.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
