Dont expect any benefits if you are a part timer and expect to work full time hours

The insurance kind of sucks. You don't get any paid days off or anything like that. Only day you get paid a time and a half is on Christmas. You get an employee meal which is $4 off if you worked that day. Otherwise, it's a 20% discount.

For a new employee the benefits package may look appealing but to seasoned employees so much has been taken away along with very expensive high deductible insurance - make sure to ask specifics on benefits before accepting position, Some benefits (employee discount programs) are only for employees that work at the corp office in San Diego.

There is 50% off for crew members and $6 off a meal for managers. Food is pretty expensive here but there are a few things that you can get for pretty cheap.

What benefits? They don't care how hard you work, or how many promotions you get, the company has no integrity. As shift lead they wanted to keep me at 9 HR no way.

Corporate offers some benefits such as tuition reimbursement but the franchise groups do not seem to really offer any besides basic health and dental
