Best feature is they match up to 4% of 401K; wish they would support a charity matching program

Basic healthcare and 401k with a dismal match. No value-sharing. No stock. No paternity leave. Basic maternity leave. Only two weeks of vacation when you start. Those that think the benefits are strong have not worked anywhere else. Great wine discounts:)
