    Coverage is thru United Healthcare and is good; however premiums are expensive, there is a push for high deductible plans, and the pharmacy benefit providers change frequently

    Slightly more expensive than average industrial benefits. Less PTO, Less number of paid holidays, less matching in 401K and less discount in stock purchase plan, no bonus, no premium overtime salary, flexible work hours, allow work from home
