    I would say it's competitive to pretty good for the federal contract side of things but I found myself wishing for a lot more time just for the mental health breaks needed from horrible management.

    All time off is classified as personal time (PTO) and is lumped into one pool of hours. You can use it for vacation or sick leave as-needed. Generally it is not a big deal to take time off if you are professional and manage your work well.
