We got discounted smoothies .
2 weeks time off and discounts
There are no packages for benefits. Very hard if you have a family. No personal life balance. Expected to work all the time
The best benefit I received as a team member was the employee discount which was more than enough for High School Senior me.
There's 401K, but the health insurance isnt available for a full year with an average of 30+ hours a week. Thats pretty rough for a full time student. Employee discount is nice: 50% off up to $15.00 and a merchandise discount of 25%.
50% discount, flexible hours, good pay, tips depending on how many hours you work.
50% off when you get hired
Force most employees to work just under full time to avoid paying benefits - do not manage the managers. Improper interpersonal reviews - manager literally said I was not "perky" enough.....WELL.
You get 50% off any drink/ meal.
The pay was okay for something entry level. However there were no benefits for a shift lead and very little training.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
