the beejs were top notch
Working at Jamba Juice is a great job for high school students or young adults looking to emerge into the career life. This company does allow room for growth it was a great experience for me
Its merely a high school/ part time job while you are at a local college or after school. There weren't any major benefits other than employee discount.
Bonuses are fair, but could be a higher percentage. 401k plan is decent. Would like a gym membership plan because we are a healthy lifestyle brand, but that is not a big deal.
Jamba Juice only offers one type of insurance - Aenta. The amount you pay and the amount you get coverage is a little ridiculous. It's not really worth it because you're still going to pay out of pocket for most services.
The benefits package is nonexistent unless you are a general manager. I left as in shift manager but i made friends with a number of GM there and they say the benefits werent too bad
The medical package doesn't cover much. The medical package is only offered to full time employees.
There are not any benefits, actually, no one is allowed to actually work full-time, everyone had to work less than 40 hours or else we would get in trouble. Jamba Refuses to offer benefits, my specific franchise owner was a little greedy though, so it may not be like that everywhere
The company takes great care of their employees. They offer everything you would need and even in the winter months they offer to pay for employees flu shots.
As a shift lead, I received a 50% off discount card. Real benefits would have been nice, but I understand that it is expensive to provide benefits for part time employees.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
