When I was there the health plan as completely paid for but they changed it right after I left. One of the reasons people loved working there was because of the awesome health plan. Time off was ok, difficult to accure PTO and not many holidays were given other than the basics.
Employees start with 2 weeks vacations annually. This increases to 3 weeks after FIVE years.
