Decent discounts for employees to have
Good paid time off, all accumulated monthly. Good dental & vision insurance. Health insurance is a little expensive. However you cannot take time off during the holidays. No time & a half on holidays
There are no benefits
Since I was part time I did not get any benefits such as insurance, paid time off, over time, etc
The worst thing about the company is how part timers as well as full timers were treated and how much was expected from us, created a lot of anxiety if we couldn't reach those expectations. Best thing would be, when we weren't anxious over goals, it's a pretty easy going environment, love the clothes for kids.
Full-time employees get decent insurance. Full-time employees also earn 8 hours of paid time off that accumulates to be used for emergencies or vacation. Employee discount is 25% and works at Janie and Jack, Gymboree, and Crazy 8. Part-time employees get NO insurance, time off, or anything else.
Part time employees do not have a benefit package.
The only benefits the company seems to give is a 25% off all apperal
They did offer tuition reimbursement if you worked a certain number of hours during the year, and the employee discount was nice,30% off and a few times a year they would have 50% off for employees. Aside from that there were no health benefits for part time employees and management was good at scheduling you below 30 hours to maintain that.
Great employee discount at all stores
