“Best maternity/paternity leave in NJ”
“Generous pension plan. I am not aware of too many companies that still offer pension plans.”
“Good coverage, very low cost. There aren't a lot of options for plans, but the ones offered cover most things with very little out of pocket cost. The coverage for the gym is nice, but they track when you go, so don't sign up for that unless you actually intend to show up.”
I get a pension, so I am lucky, and that is the best thing. New hires are not being offered this benefit, which has created a class of haves and have nots. This is not what JNJ is supposed to stand for.
grat company perks for full-time employee, they also offer accommodation benefits to interns
No benefits for contract researcher.
They expect you to provide biometric measurements
The company has excellent maternity/paternity leave program.
I was intern so no 401k etc but I was given relocation which was enough to fulfil my needs.
Ample amount of maternity leave.
I am a contractor, but I know of my colleagues having incredible benefits. They get bonuses, retirement contributions, many vacation days, personal day, and health insurance is great. Awesome benefits!
excellent plan, I don't have any other comment to add. Happy with the benedits
I just started working but everything is great. There is a company store on site that lets you purchase J&J consumer goods at production cost. Benefits are great. Vacation is generous: start out at 3 weeks but not required to enter it into any system, allowing you to be much more flexible with it.
