“Best maternity/paternity leave in NJ”
“Generous pension plan. I am not aware of too many companies that still offer pension plans.”
“Good coverage, very low cost. There aren't a lot of options for plans, but the ones offered cover most things with very little out of pocket cost. The coverage for the gym is nice, but they track when you go, so don't sign up for that unless you actually intend to show up.”
Best benefits so far from companies I have worked for, Benefits effective immeiatley
Excellent benefits, top notch 401K, medical, dental, Life insurance, etc, etc.
health insurance, gym inside work place, employee discount
The Best benefit was employer matching 401K contributions
The health, dental, and vision insurance was very comprehensive, and the number of allotted vacation and personal days was more than generous
they don't offer full benefits to post-docs anymore but they increased the salary significantly; retirement, medical, dental, vision insurance provided, HSA money
Health and life insurance benefit packages are very good. They offer a nice selection of very comprehensive plans.
The legal insurance is a nice perk to have and suggest you get it every year.
Good 401 match, summer hours program, great pension plans
Standard benefits. Everything goes through a benefits system. Forget about any personal attention from HR.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
