No paid time off, no holidays, no benefits. There was a sketchy "reimbursement" plan for basic doctor's visits that was in the works when I left, but no coverage for things like prescriptions or if there was any need for something beyond a check-up.
No benefits available at this job. Made working there really hard. No paid time off for vacation or sick days. No holiday pay. No healthcare but they may have some reimbursement opportunities now. No 401k, no bonuses, no rewards for hard work. Monthly activities were provided (lunch out or escape rooms) but they were off the clock and often set back my hours for the week.
THE FORMER STATEMENT IS A LIE. Benefits, when I think of them, implies Healthcare, Vacation, Time off, sick days, and recognition/morale rewards. Jason Cases has none of those, and only recently started 'discussing' having healthcare at all. They do not have sick-day policies, vacation time OR paid time off, and the only benefit they offer is the opportunity to engrave your own items around the holidays. Awful.
