i love learning new things, and jasons deli helped me grow as a person and helped me see things in a different aspect. Not all things are easy and its something i learned. Working with new people was great. Jasons deli helped me as a good line cook and as a better person. I am now more social; i tend to be a shy person but not anymore! :)
Free/Discounted Food. Shifts can be taken by someone else.
Benefits start after a year they are decent. If you apply for midtown location don’t expect a raise based off of performance. You’ll only get it if the gm personally likes you.
Nothing bad really happened I enjoy everything about this company the 1 year I worked there. All the people was very professionals and I learned so many things.
Provides basic health, dental, and vision insurance for all full-time employees. Hard for Non-management employees to achieve vacation time (2 years minimum) and management vacation time is lackluster. Sick-time and PTO is available for management, but a joke...very hard to actually get approved. NO PAID HOLIDAYS. Maternity leave, Yes. Paternity leave, No.Family Fund is cool..easy to donate money to a fund employees and family can apply to use for emergency situations.
The benefits were not cost efficien but at least they offered them
Decent benefits but expensive when adding spouse to plan. Now employed where it cost $2800 less in premium per year with spouse on plan. Jason deli Family coverage sky high at $ 200 a week, current employer less than $200 every two weeks for family coverage and is smaller company
Its pretty awesome. They have everything you need to cover yourself and your loved ones
A bonus was offered every month but the goals required to meet to get the full bonus was pretty much impossible and often times out of my hands, so I hardly ever got that. Salary was very low and hours were very long. If you work out the hourly pay based on the number of hours put in every week, I made less than all of the employees in the restaurant. As an hourly employee before I became a manager, there were no benefits and very high expectations for very low pay with very odd schedules.
They barely match on 401 K but do have all health insurance offerend
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
