Great Benefits provided by this cimpany
They now have parental leave in addition to sick and annual/vacation leave.
Pension is 100% of your salary after 30 years.
The health insurance was a bit expensive compared to how much we were paid.
BEST: Low deductible health insurance, PERS, 6 weeks paid parental leave Worst: High premiums for dependents
Good Health Insurance and the flexible work hours, comfortable working environment. Good support from the supervisor
The starting pay is low, but the long term advancement and pension is a big plus. Good work ethics will lead to advancement and more earning potential.
Benefits are very good in general. Healthcare they pay 80% you pay 20%. For a single person it is about $115 per month. They have a separate cancer policy which is good and will send you a check for $100 when you submit a form showing you had a pap test and mammogram. You can take short term or long term disability also. But with each you must wait a year to submit a claim. Vision and dental plans horrible. Vision only pays for eye exam nothing else. You earn 2 hours of sick leave and annual leave per pay period.
the benefits are great and the pay quite a bit towards your 401K
Retirement plan; Tuition benefit at Tulane School of Continuing Studies
