Incredible access and cost for healthcare and dental. Full concierge doctors for all levels of staff and attorneys and the copays are always low. Very robust PTO.
For attorneys, there is no matching on 401K

You have 10 paid sick/personal days and 15 day vacation depending what year with the company you are in. Overall, an OK benefits package.

Health Insurance is pretty good for what you pay into it, and PTO annually (30 days for nonexempt staff) is also generous. There is no employer match on 401k contributions, but they offer a decent annual profit sharing plan in lieu of it.
Good paid time off - got 25 days of PTO a year (vacation and sick days were bundled into one package) in addition to other holidays. Good insurance options as well. The worst thing about the benefits package is that Jenner does not match 401k contributions for non-attorneys.
