Decent health and 401K. Slightly declined since the recession but still competitive. Excellent work life balance and flexibility.
The best is instead of discontinuing a pension plan, they rolled it into the 401k where one can still contribute to it
Benefits are through Boeing which are nice. Typical 401k plan, vacation is typical. Sick and vacation are which is nicecombined
They offer competitive benefits, but would have been nice to have more choices for dental.
Very good benefits for full time employees
Best thing about Jeppesen is there pension
Jeppesen gives a nice bonus when goals are met. The bonus between grade levels is a lot and I think that is a little unfair. Health benefits are good. Other perks at Jeppesen are quite good. Flexible work schedules and work from home.
Second-best benefits package of any big company where I've worked that did not have a traditional pension for new employees. Boeing will contribute to your 401(k) even if you do not, and they'll match reasonably if you do. Very inexpensive traditional 401(k) fund options. A range of medical, disability, etc., options. Good support by phone.
No benefits compensation for consultants
Jeppesen ceased offering and contributing to its long time pension plan, which used to set it apart from other organizations in the Denver area.
