Jeppesen gives a nice bonus when goals are met. The bonus between grade levels is a lot and I think that is a little unfair. Health benefits are good. Other perks at Jeppesen are quite good. Flexible work schedules and work from home.
Second-best benefits package of any big company where I've worked that did not have a traditional pension for new employees. Boeing will contribute to your 401(k) even if you do not, and they'll match reasonably if you do. Very inexpensive traditional 401(k) fund options. A range of medical, disability, etc., options. Good support by phone.
No benefits compensation for consultants
Jeppesen ceased offering and contributing to its long time pension plan, which used to set it apart from other organizations in the Denver area.
Lots of PTO based on number of years with the company is good. No tuition reimbursement is not typical for aerospace.
Interns get a 401k plan if wanted
The PTO, around 5.5 hours acquired every two weeks for my entry level position.
great benefits, 401k match, dental, medical, vision
Company perks being taken away. Health Insurance is good, but some lost favorite coverage. 401k is good.
The benefits were average, and similar to the benefits that I had received at other companies. There are no education benefits, which I didn't like.
