As a part-time employee I received no benefits, however store managers receive a monthly car allowance, insurance benefits, and frequent bonuses based on store sales.
no benefits unless it is a corporate position
There is only the option to add health insurance but it offers little coverage unless you are paying about $700/month.
there is no benefit package unless you have a great franchisee.
Had to fight to get any real time off, but they were pretty understanding.
there was none. there was none
They have no benefits. No PTO, no sick days, no 401k. Our owner got health insurance for his stores, which was great until the new year hit, and the policy for our insurance changed because it was cheaper for him (owner). Come to find out, the owner never wanted to give us health insurance; other owners pressured him into it because he was the only one without insurance for employees. When the policy updated, I paid out of pocket for just about everything and could no longer utilize my insurance. The deductible was 5K, meaning I had to just about lose a limb to be able to use my insurance. Wasted money down the drain that I won't get back. Terrible. Especially considering we don't make much to begin with. To top it off- you know mandatory breaks, right? Those are a thing..? Like, a LAW? Nope. Couldn't even get those- even AFTER an employee contacted OSHA. I've been with this company for 6 years. If you need a job, really really need a job, I highly recommend you save your soul and your mind. Just go to Mcdonald's.
I was not offered any benefits with this company because I was only a part time employee.
It covered all the essentials
They allow you to take as much time off for maternity leave that you need, you come back when you can handle it
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
