Great PTO, Walmart merger changed things
One of the best perks is the unlimited vacation time for managers. It really lends to the company's culture of promoting work/life balance.
There is good paid time off!
We have 401K, PTO which is accrued which is fair, Stock for some who were with us before we got bought out, and many other in house perks!
Comprehensive benefits that cover main buckets with HR team willing to help you understand coverage, make use of benefits and make informed decisions.
We were only offered benefits if we got hired in the company. Jet uses alot of temps. Most are fired before 3months without reason or quit
Health insurance, 401k and vacation policy
Terrible insurance since they merged with the Walmart employee insurance. Really high deductibles and out-of-pocket cost. It was really hard to find doctors in Utah who will take the insurance since it is considered an out of state plan (based in Arkansas).
401k is best , paid holiday worst
I appreciate the full range of benefits offered at jet from 401K to bonus to perks that include unlimited PTO, and many in office offerings.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
