5% company match, easy way to build retirement funds
Great 401k could save up to 15%
Benefits were slim to none. Working for this mad house they took advantage of you every chance they could. Free flights and low pay is all.
401K is matched at 5%.
It's the best no complains
It takes too long to vest.
They match up to 5% and do a quarterly 5% retirement plus
You put in 5% and JetBlue 100% match for the first 5% and additional 5% quarterly match, for a combined 15% toward your retirement (10% from JetBlue and 5% from crewmember). This is an amazing 401k program. The fund options are robust as well, a good mix of actively managed funds, ETFs, and age-based funds.
matches at 3% which could be a bit higher. Fidelity manages the retirement program after being previously handled by T Rowe Price
