Vacation and sick time are in a combined bank and are accrued on a weekly basis instead of given as one lump sum. If you get sick before a vacation you may use up all of your time and you have to cancel your vacation or take it unpaid. No paid family leave, medical leave only paid if you use your sick time.
They use an earn it and use it kind of a system. Those who traded their hours off and worked someone else's instead of using their PTO never seem to have an issue with having it.

You are granted PTO Hours. The PTO bank is used for your sick time, vacation time or time off.

Average but not exceptional. No work from home option, either, for most employees unless you are on the right side of the management team.
Same as other airlines. You get your two weeks and you have to bid for the time and being a senior agent helps you get your first desired time off. Not being senior you need to pay your dues and be more flexible.
is very liittle they bake in the Ny 5 sick days , only 4 holidays in the year ( 4th july, Dec 25 , Jan 1, only Thursday of thanksgiving)
It's hard to get vacation time off unless they like you
