Unlimited PTO is great and matching 401k starting at just 3%, no maternity leave but STD covers that. Awesome benefits.
The best thing is unlimited PTO. It is nice to have the flexibility to take time off whenever you need as long as you can structure your work so that it doesn't go unfinished by due dates.

Everything is awesome. The 100% of Health Insurance is the best!! The PTO, the 401K, the $75 in products of the Company( monthly), the overtime we can make and the magnific gym we have in the building available Monday - Friday. Plus the opportunity to travel around the world since the Company has events in different countries. The worst part of all that awesome benefits is that I am still employee of the Staffing Company and the only thing I can be beneficiated now is the gym. I still have to be hired from Jeunesse to be allowed to have all the benefits.
Health insurance is 100 percent paid for! You have the option for a more expensive package though. Adding vision and dental is fairly cheap too.
Best thing is that we don't have a monthly charge for health insurance, just a copay. The company covers the monthly charges.
It's a very accommodating benefits program, I've had no trouble having my insurance accepted at any office I visit.
The vacation policy is a joke, as the company expects all employees to be checking their emails and following up while on vacation. Additionally, the company strongly discourages taking more than two consecutive vacation days.
Medical, dental, vision are all more expensive than other companies. Some other benefits, nothing great or noteworthy. PTO is less than other companies I've worked for. no match in the 401k. some people have access to Gym most don't. Sr. positions have a performance bonus, others don't.
The pay for certain positions is pretty good. They offer Unlimited Overtime occasionally. They offer Company paid health insurance with deductible, Paid days off, start very quickly (60 days), and they offer pretty quick promotion opportunity.
