Must be very adaptable and consistent with managers in order to learn necessary material to be successfully ready to take on a management position.
They would give you very little training, it was on the job, you learned as you worked. The other department managers were very helpful.
Simple and paid. There is some training on the computer which is extremely boring but which company's isn't. The legit training is a few days, you're trained by a co-worker of the managers choosing. Rather easy; quick to learn everything.
