Very flexible but cannot be excessive. not paid. Not an issue if someone else gets your shift
I called in sick possibly once or twice max in the short period of time I worked there and there was no issue. No one had a problem or disbelief, but I think that's dependent on character judgement. if they doubt you they'll probably ask for a doctors note.
I dont call in, however, in the event that I need to, it is available as an option. As long as you don't abuse it, I dont know that there is a limit. You are not paid for that day obviously.
Can call in sick if you give them a call in advance, they will most likely find someone else to cover the shift. very flexible.
