Depending on when you start their you can have great benefits I started 15 years ago and have 401k, good insurance and time and a half on Sundays.
I didn't have too much exposure to the benefits package. I only worked there part-time and benefits were not something that I was too concerned about at the time.
They offered a great package for both part timers and full timers. They use Fidelity as there 401K provider. As a part timer to get these kind of benefits was a GREAT thing!
Offered to minimum 12 hours per week parttime employees
I had to be part of the union even though I did not need it. I was kind of forced into it and they deducted $33 every month. This was a waste for me since I did not use any of the benefits from the union. They will not allow you to not participate in the union.
I sadly do not know. I wanted to have benefits through them but it was not offered for me. This is the reason I had to leave this job.
Medical, Vision, Dental. 401(k) Program. Associate Discount. Paid Vacation. Competitive Wages. Long Term Career Development. Fun & Engaging Work Environment.
Fantastic Benefits. One of the best things about Jewel is that they offer 401k, (i think stock options, medical, vision, and dental.
Insurance has gotten worse because they keep switching to cheaper and cheaper plans to benefit the company. Vacation time is good but it's impossible to get time off because all of the people that are full time trump everyone else spitefully. Employee discount has gotten worse and worse over the years.
You need to be there a year as a part-timer for benefits
