First year employees were given one week of paid vacation. Anyone there 3 years gets 2 weeks and as you gain years you gain more paid vacation. You also get 2-3 personal days. If you can get the time off you want, it's great. You can take the full week off, but you are only getting paid for 32 or 40 hours.

It's a struggle to get time off in a busy and poorly managed work environment. And if you do get it, other staff may not be informed and you may be called in to work.

The more tenure you have there the more vacation days you receive. Vacation hours are based on your average hours a week. Must have worked there 1 year to start using vacation.
