Very good health plan with onsite clinic and gym. 401k matching is decent, but not as good as it was. Good PHO benefits. Company wide bonuses during times of high production.
They took stopped matching 401k. Not sure if it picked back up
Good 401(k) investing options, but low match. Bare bones medical insurance - didn't seem to cover much, but it was okay. Only paid holidays are Thanksgiving and Christmas.

JTV is on air 24/7 except for Christmas day. But PHO is ~ 2 days per month.

Health insurance, 401k, etc are all pretty standard affair and probably above most companies, post-ACA. The vacation and holiday benefits are a complete joke. The use the excuse "we're retail" as a reason to only give 2 paid holidays and then claim they give you more vacation to make up for it, but the numbers to add up to anything competitive.
