If you are a part time employee you did not receive any benefits. They would make you leave work as soon as you hit 39 hours a week in fear that you would reach 40 on accident. They would scold you if you worked to much.
The best thing about it is that all lunches, snacks, and drinks are all provided by the camp. It helps with the low wages but it definitely helps.
The best thing about the benefits program were the additional paid Jewish holidays.
