There is a employee discount, but you can only use it "one time". And some managers won't let you use your employee discount.
Discount already high oil changes. Honestly cheaper to go to anywhere else. Sometimes they’ll let you practice for free but that’s rare
So in my first franchise I worked at, it was 3 free oil changes and then 50% off of everything (I think?) And 50% off for your fam and friends... Here at this other one its 30% fam and friends and I haven't heard anything about employee free oil changes....
Not a consistent discount, we would get a free car wash each week and a 50% coupon off one service every month.
Free oil changes every 3 months were nice, basic conventional oil and high mileage oil only. 25% on other services except "PLUS side work"
It's 30% off, which isn't a whole lot. I think purchasing a little above their at cost would be ok
