Never hit goal even as one of the better salesman in the company.
Every month the store had the potential to get a bonus based on sales and customer satisfaction. Doing all the sales and treating customers fairly it wasn't too difficult to meet these sales goals. The GM would get 50% of the bonus which seemed a little unfair, but I was grateful for my 15%. One certain really good months I would be able to get a couple hundred extra bucks for my sales and customer satisfaction!
Terrible, they find every reason to take away the bonus.
Bonus based on previous year sales and car count on a monthly cycle. Both must be exceeded to get a bonus. However the bonus program has changed 4 times in the last 2 years.
You don't get it if your store is in the negative as in the last manager blew a motor. So probably no stores get it
