You can get a free lunch if you’re management.

This is both the best and worst aspect, since even though I was doing bicycle delivery for Jimmy John's, I think ultimately I gained weight due to all of the Jimmy John's chips, cookies, and sandwiches I consumed in excess mostly every day that I ever worked there

Not quite as often as you would expect.

Free sandwich if you worked over 8 hours but only managers worked that much. Everyone else was cut at 6 or less to avoid giving out free food

If you work a certain amount of hours a day most stores will give you a free sandwich.

The free meal is a benefit received upon working ten consecutive hours or working a managerial shift. You get a sandwich with anything, a medium drink and a side (only a pickle or a bag of chips, not a cookie) for no cost.

1 sandwich and 2 sides for over 7 hours worked in a day.

On days when I work 7 hours, my boss gave me a free lunch/dinner. This was nice because the smell of the food made me want it and being able to sit down during a long shift was nice.
