The benefits are mediocre at best. The choices are limited and the cost is ridiculous. The employee discount is also sub-par compared to other retailers.

I was only part-time, so I didn't get any of the benefits and can't comment on them. From what my co-workers that were full-time/salaried said though, the benefits were easily managed and understood and relatively easy to make use of.
