company offers 401k after 6 months; just added year-end bonus structure for all employees based on parent company performance. HR is practically non-existent, so most benefits must be investigated and sought out by employee.

There a very high cost pay. And insurance is not accept in many places. Com p any matches up to 7% of 401 k.
They gave us 2 free outfits to work in. They were very strict on the outfits we wore. They also gave us 40% discount on any item we wanted, but it had to be 8 items per month.
