In this restaurant, there are no real benefits unless you are management. However, there is a health insurance buy-in where you can spend $10 a month, and if you have a catastrophic injury for example, you can use this health insurance. Be aware, this is not a full health insurance plan and will not cover large costs. Employees do receive half-price for food items (does not include liquor) and 40% off retail items. They provide your first two uniform shirts, and then you must buy your own uniform after that. Schedule is also very flexible, which is great for students.
