Health insurance not very good. Hidden disqualifications. Can be hard to get a straight answer.

50% off meals, good pay. Great tips. Especially busy during the summer months. I heard that winter is slow here though.

There were no benefits. No free food, no breaks, and extremely long hours.

Discounts on food amd retail. You and up to 5 guests can receive the %50 off employee discount on food when you eat there. The downside is, there is no discount on togo iteams.

Insurance is the best I've seen. Wife has health issues and we pay very little out of pocket. Vacation accrual is fair and never any issues using it or sick day

In this restaurant, there are no real benefits unless you are management. However, there is a health insurance buy-in where you can spend $10 a month, and if you have a catastrophic injury for example, you can use this health insurance. Be aware, this is not a full health insurance plan and will not cover large costs. Employees do receive half-price for food items (does not include liquor) and 40% off retail items. They provide your first two uniform shirts, and then you must buy your own uniform after that. Schedule is also very flexible, which is great for students.
