The health insurance is a great benefit
For a regular server there isn't much that they offer. You work all holidays.
Health insurance after being employed for a certain amount of time. Unfortunately, there is no paid time off (at least in my position) but it is pretty easy to be approved for time off. Good employee discount (costs 9$ a paycheck)
Time off is very flexible and is great for people who are in school or involved in lots of different things
No perks. No 401k. Insurance is crap
40% Discount for food and clothing.
There weren't really any benefits package as far as I knew, except for health insurance for full time employees. There were some discounts such as one at Sprint but they weren't not that useful.
Health insurance for managers is very flexible, and lets you go almost anywhere.
You can buy additional health insurance, life insurance and 401k. You can acquire vacation time if you're a long term employee.
nothing...the managers can't even explain the benefits package
