They did away with their pensions in 2009. Their 401k match is only $0.50 on the dollar up to the first 5%. Annual insurance premiums more than eat up the typical 0-1% raise.

The vacation for starting employees is very bad and they don't explain it well enough when you are hired. You get one week after 6 months and then another week after your first year. Therefore, you only get one week a year for the first year which is not very helpful with a family.
