“1 week off for paternity, up to 6 months for maternity”
“standard holiday, PTO depends on seniority”
“monthly cost is low including family”
great benefits and work life balance
Self insured plan for many years
health care coverage starting day 1. Good pay. $27 hour starting.
Worked in home health and the benefits and salary was comparable to a union contracted organization for RNs
403B match 50% of the first 6%, there is a pension after working 1000 hours or 1 year, PTO is ok, health insurance is decent, dental is decent
The benefits are very low cost which is amazing.
All-inclusive. The benefits offered by JMH are very, very good and comprehensive. JMH offers a pension, matching 403b savings, health, dental, vision, FSA, generous sick leave and PTO which combines vacation and holidays. The benefits team is friendly and helpful to boot! :)
Employees (Non-union) should have way better health insurance than they offer
The benefits are pretty comparable, but I don't like that they only do the employer contribution to the 401k at the end of the year. If you leave in November or December, you have worked most of the year and get nothing.
Health insurance is affordable and includes dental/vision. A pension is nice too.
