“Low co pays, convienent CVS prescription pickups. ”
Best thing is that they match you for % you decide for 401k
401 k pension retirement benefit salary bonus pay paycheck employer employee current former are not here today
Best thing: Low co-pays, low cost for generic medications, ER visits. I was able to keep all my providers when I came onboard.
The medical insurance is pretty good.
Used to be able to get lab work done at the hospital, but can't anymore so it is more expensive.
Insurance/benefits pays a lot towards prescriptions.
Insurance benefits immediately and very good insurance benefits. Prescription benefits through Caremark (CVS) has given me the chance to pay very low amounts for scripts. $1 for a 90 day supply for one of my medicines. 401 K is great and you also get tuition assistance (not reimbursement) for any degree that helps you to obtain another career within the hospital. You get one week of vacation your first year. You also do not get holiday pay, but holiday hours that are available for you to use as vacation hours.
I worked there for many years. Like most healthcare facilities, they offered great PTO accrual, Matching 403(b) (50% on the dollar up to 6%), Lab Work was included for employees. Note: Benefits did change after the complete merger.
Employer paid pension package in addition to 401K 3% match.
overall great benefits and perks
